House Rules

Check-In Time: 03:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM

During your stay, please agree to abide by the NSW Government’s code of conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry, which includes:

  1. Treat neighbors with respect by keeping noise to a minimum.
  2. No parties or events that disrupt the peace and comfort of the home or neighbors.
  3. Follow all house rules.
  4. No shoes allowed inside the property.
  5. No food allowed in any bedroom.
  6. Wash and dry all dirty dishes before departure and put them back in the cabinets.
  7. Do not leave any food in the fridge.
  8. Empty all bins, including toilet bins, and throw trash in the outside bin.
  9. Return all house items to their original place.
  10. If checking out on Monday, bring the bins out on Sunday night for collection.
  11. No smoking throughout the property, except in the backyard.
  12. A charge of $100 will apply for each extra visitor staying overnight.
  13. Your bond will be deducted for any breaches of house rules.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure minimal disruption to our calendar, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • Full Refund: Guests receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
  • 50% Compensation: If canceled 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours, a 50% payment will be retained for all nights.
  • 50% Compensation: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% payment for all nights.
  • 100% Compensation: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, the property will retain 100% of the payment for all nights.

This policy aims to maintain an organized calendar while ensuring fairness and transparency in handling cancellations.
